Job Description

Currently, our product is being used by 90,000+ eCommerce businesses globally. We have featured integrations for the largest eCommerce platforms including Shopify and BigCommerce.

 

SMSBump is eager to hire a smart, enthusiastic, and dedicated Office Management Specialist to join our growing Sofia team. This is a great opportunity for an industrious self-starter who is looking for an instrumental role within an innovative and fast-paced company.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- To draw up and execute the office development plan aligned to the ongoing and future business needs, including expansion and office move, if required 

- Arranging all catering for external and internal meetings                                  

- Management of all office supplies – Kitchen, Stationery, Furniture, etc and ensuring that all stock is replenished in a timely manner

- Organising office maintenance and repair                                              

- Ensure meeting rooms are maintained, fit for purpose and constantly improved

- Recording office expenditure and assist in managing the Facilities budget       

- Ensure all staff follow office regulations                                                             

- First point of contact with the landlord, ensuring all issues, complaints and risks are communicated in a timely fashion                    

- Organising the office layout especially when new starters join                         

- Responding to general customer/ supplier enquiries                                         

- Ensure reception is maintained, fit for purpose and improved                          

- Manage and distribute all incoming calls and deliveries/post          

 

Requirements:

 

- 1+ years of experience at a similar role in Tech company 

- Strong written and verbal English skills

- Collaborative, positive and team-spirited

- A 'people' person with a can-do, positive and humble attitude

- Sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office / Google Docs and associated programs will be a strong advantage

- Bachelor's Degree in related fields will be a plus

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
